Sometimes homeowners worry about what lies beneath our flooring.  They wonder, "are we about to uncover damage in need of repair?"  And, most importantly, "How much is THAT going to cost?"  

Well, not to worry. If we come across an area of sub-floor in need of attention, we can handle it - and it's usually not nearly as bad as you think.  Sub-floor repairs are common and can usually be handled by simply replacing a board or sheet of plywood.  If your sub-floor needs to be built up so that you flooring is level with other flooring in your house, we can handle that, too.  We have seen it all and we can handle it all - that's why we are hardwood flooring experts!
