This is probably the most common question we get and we certainly understand why. Adding or refinishing hardwood floors is a significant purchase and price is important to any homeowner.  First off, we want to be up front. We most likely will NOT be the cheapest wood flooring contractor you encounter. There are many other flooring companies out there that will do the work for the lowest price possible. Unfortunately, being able to meet the lowest price can come at a cost … usually by cutting corners, which is something that we absolutely will not do. We have decades of experience as craftsmen and know that to produce the best end result it takes skill, time and quality products - which all cost a bit more. With that being said, we are also usually not the most expensive.  

 

There are many factors that go into every flooring quote so that your estimate is accurate and there are no surprises once the work has begun.  With that being said, we want to provide you with a range of what you can expect to pay per square foot for basic services.
